Missing auto patch

Missing auto patch
I recently bought a box of 2011 Platinum and to my surprise there was no auto patch in the box. The box says 3 autos (2 on card, 1 auto patch) Does anyone know what I need to do to get this resolved? Do I need to go back to lcs or contact topps or both?

I have emailed Topps twice in the last 2 weeks and get no reponse from them even though they say they will get back to me within 2 business days. They even got rid of my 1st email (1st ref# not valid). to make things worse their phone hours are when I work.

Any help would be appreciated!!

I LIVE for "Soup Kitchens" with "Dirty Mike" and the boys!!! BAHAHAHA!!!!
