For the $$$ yes, boxes should be lower-produced, and a RPA come's in every box.

The guy next to me broke two boxes as well, he had equally crappy boxes, except he did pull a RPA /599 of Kyle rudolph, and Jordan Todman in the SAME box. Both were 3 color RPA's.
