For me would be this.

1. Unload anything non dolphins and non PSU college stuff.
2. Get to at least 200 return TTM from Dolphins players.
3. Get my 1st game worn Dolphins helmet.
4. Start my Sports room.

No real order but these are my main things in mind.
Collecting Dolphins, PSU Alumni(in college uni)
