I wrote about not receiving cards from Dave too. I still haven't yet and he asked me where mine were. I wrote to him and told him that I didn't trust him from all the offers and had a bad feeling. Don't know if it was right to do, but after all of this, I am glad I have waited. His cards are waiting here for him when I receive his end, but for how long do we wait?
