Baseball almanac has all the stats.
Most games won 1883-2022 = Giants..New York and SF = 11301  #2 Dodgers NY And LA = 11123

No perfect team in history..at least MLB as recorded in almanac

If I am reading your question correctly (and I'm not sure that I am, it's not clear), it appears you are asking for the most wins in a season. That would be 116 wins by the 1906 Cubs and the 2001 Mariners. No team has gone undefeated (or even come close).

It's pre-MLB, but the 1869 Cincinnati Red Stockings finished the season with a record of 67-0 in the National Association of Base Ball Players. 1869 was also the first year where baseball teams could pay players and apparently the Reds took advantage of that and pursued players hard which likely explains the end result that year.

Anyway, just thought I'd drop that in there.

I bet that list is based solely on win percentage.  Mariners were 116 - 46, or .716.  #3 on that list is 111 - 43, or .721.
