How long is it taking them to acknowledge that they received premium orders? They received mine last Thursday according to tracking but still no email or anything showing in my account. In my previous sub for premium just in February, they logged it the next day.

Pick up the phone and call them. I did and she will be able to tell you.
About 12 days total including Fed Ex 2 day shipping both ways. Sent in a 2011 Trout Diamond Anniversary on April 14th, they got it on the 16th, I got it back yesterday.
