What is the best way to ship a single card to someone and how much does it cost to do such?

best:

1 card, in a penny sleeve, into a toploader, placed in a team bag (no team bag, use painters tape - NOT REGULAR TAPE - over the top of the toploader). place inside a a bubble mailer.

if you use paypal shipping (www.paypal.com/shipnow), a 3 oz packages (or less) will cost 1.69 to ship and comes with delivery confirmation. going to the post office is about ....i think it is 2.07, and does not include delivery confirmation (which is an additional 90 cents)
