starting a new PC collection...I must be crazy
IDK how possible this is, theres probably a few of the older guys I'd have to fudge a bit on my specifications...but I want an auto card of every member of the pro football HOF in their pro jersey. For older guys, I'd be willing to do a PSA slabbed card, cut sig, or modern auto card. Is this doable?

Lets just say its more of a life long goal. Especially tracking down a Jim Thorpe auto for well a "good" price.

The torturous thing is, I know of ONE thats...a 1/1 cut from like Timeless Treasures or something like that...the guy would sell it to me to 800. It's a small LCS from my homestate that I dealt with a lot, so no one there really has that kind of money for a card, but with my high paying summer work I should be able to afford it with a couple weeks pay.
Is 800 a fair price for one though?

That is more than fair. That would in my opinion fetch around $3,000-5,000 on that auction site we do not mention.
