I say to everyone besides myself in this great ordeal to call the Niagara Falls, Ontario police. Will be hard for me unless they have some sort of 800# for me to call. I don't have international calling on my cell plan.

If you call the 888# & file for mail fraud, they will give you this # to call : 888-495-8501 or you can go to their website http://www.antifraudcenter.ca to file as well!

It'll save you about 30 minutes of wait time of sitting on the phone waiting to talk to someone. & if some of you do file, it'll help all of us in the end to file against one person like this. I don't know what to think about all of this. The benefit of the doubt was given to Dave, and I am really hoping that he pulls through and can salvage his reputation. On that note... I will wait until this coming Friday, September 14, 2012, and then I will join you in filing a fraud charge. I have a substantial dollar amount in my trade with Dave, and I am not going to lose out on it. I do not want to see someone who has gone through a rough time have more hardships befall him, but I do want to see justice served. He knew what he was doing when he made his posts a couple of weeks ago, so it makes no sense for us to have to deal with this situation.

Dave, if you are reading this, please just post to this thread, send the Mods a PM, or get in touch with the members that you owe. It is the least that you can do to help assure us, who are upset, that you are heading in the right direction. We deserve to have you honor your end of our deals to the fullest! Sad part about all of this, is he probably is reading these posts as a guest, or he is logging on under a different id, since that is probably the case, it is Ok to post his name, city and state (nothing more than that), it will help prevent other members from getting scammed as well.

I am just hoping that he does the right thing and sends everyone their cards. I know that we all have been good on our ends of the trades, plus he has seen the post about the RNH YG missing from KrispX's package... this can easily be resolved!

I don't think it (RNH YG's) was waiting on yours because he had a pic of his (supposedly) before he & i agreed to our 2nd trade back in July...it was already in his ORG....unless that was BS!

As for any of us getting our just dues....will take all of us getting involved to probably see any results. If enough of us file a complaint on one person...this would be more incentive for the authorities to really do something about it. This does somewhat constitute mail fraud since this is all via mail parcel! That is a federal offense in US...don't know about Canada's laws.

Just a shame it all had to come to this! His actions have gotten him banned here & on Cloutsnchara too!
