1998 Score Star Salute Rookie Preview

...While I'm not sure if it is a full parallel set or a skip-numbered set, I have this Favre and also Deion Sanders.

They were done for the entire 20 card set Smile

Previously I discussed the 1996 Carolina Panthers Nations Bank phone card set, which is copied near the bottom, but since then I learned there was a 1997 Panthers Nation Bank set made as well. Four of these phone cards are shown but I believe that the seller said there are more in the set, but I cannot confirm that. The players shown are Kerry Collins, John Kasey, Sam Mills, and I cannot confirm who is featured on the one in the top left. I remember reading that 5,000 of these sets were made, curiously though this is the first and only time that I have seen these listed ever. Any additional information on this set would be appreciated.

1995 Classic National Phone Cards

The 1995 Classic National multi-sport cards are listed in the OPG, which have a similar design, but not these multi-sport phone cards. 2,500 were manufactured as can be verified in the neighboring photo.

Two sample versions exist for the Rheaume card as well:[Image: _5721_zpse9e746d2.jpg][Image: _5710_zpsf8db9d01.jpg][Image: _5723_zps69e2498c.jpg]

In addition there is another Ki-Jana Carter phone card shown below with a different picture and dollar denomination. In short, there is a Ki-Jana Carter phone card listed from this National in the OPG, which is the 20 dollars one, in addition to the 10 and 5 (above) versions which are not listed. Therefore, at least three known Ki-Jana Carter National phone cards exist.

Other 20 dollar ones exist as well which are not yet listed.

All 20 dollar cards are numbered to 1,000.

I noticed that the OPG only has these samples listed: P5 Andre Rison, P11 Dan Marino, PP19 J.J. Stokes.

After looking through two well known web sites that sell singles I noticed samples also exist for P1 Jim Kelly, P3 Kerry Collins (I mentioned this particular card somewhere on one of the earlier pages of this thread), P6 Troy Aikman, P10 Jeff Hostetler, and your Sanders.

I am inclined to believe samples exist for all 20 cards of this insert set.

Nittany13, Jaderock, my apologies for arriving late to this party!! Over 12 months late.
I have attached the New York Jets version, I got it on ebay, guessing about 5 years ago, the 8 player cards and the center promotion card, the same white border, unnumbered on the back. The corners came a little dinged but I'd never saw one before so I wanted it, I have always liked the larger Score product with a wider team set. My assumption is the sheet is a promotion given out in early 2001 to promote (then) Playoff products (possibly in the cities of the teams so I never saw any in Los Angeles hobby stores or shows). The additional scans are the base cards from packs, there is a number missing 145 Dedric Ward who signed as a free agent with Miami, I included 114 Matthew Hatchette who signed as a free agent from the Vikings. Score did not move around the checklist, they simply changed the team and logo so it looks like a missing card from a team set. Score also produced one more Jets card, free agent Rookie RB Reggie White, but there is no room for him on the white sheet. The other frustrating thing for me is I have become aware of a base parallel, used in pack wars!!! It appears the Matthew Hatchette is a trump card, the best of all?? I checked on COMC for the Jets, the cards listed have the same TT, PP or EE so who knows how many parallels there are.

No apologies needed guys, I am glad you two enjoy perusing this thread. One of these days I most likely will update my earlier posts to signify which items have since been added to the OPG. As a matter of fact ginge01, I too am also planning on bumping some of my earlier posts since I have discovered additional cards/items for certain card sets so no worries. Every team sheet that can be submitted from that Score set only informs Beckett and other collectors what is out there. As always ginge01, great detailed explanation of this submitted Jets team sheet.

I also have a number of other discoveries, as I alluded to earlier, but I need some time to compile them altogether. Since I am here I will submit one of them in question.

2013 McFarlane Small Pros

These items will probably be added to the OPG eventually. I discovered these by accident while at a sports team shop at a mall. Other McFarlane items are listed in the OPG and there may still be other things on their website that Beckett may not yet be aware of.

As can be seen these came in two series and the checklist is easily identified in the submitted pictures. Some players have more than one figure, and in those cases it is to my understanding that one is rarer than the other. The two "mystery players" are Adrian Peterson from series 1 and Stevie Johnson from series 2.

In addition there is another Ki-Jana Carter phone card shown below with a different picture and dollar denomination. There is a Ki-Jana Carter phone card listed from this National in the OPG, however I believe that one is different from the two shown (I think I am fairly certain about that anyway).

I have the Barry Bonds national phone card somewhere, if it helps I'll run it down. The National set came with one phone card... if I remember correctly the Bonds isn't even listed.
Uwash - The 98 rookie autographs were in the regular issue Score packs. I can't rule out them ALSO being in the rookie preview packs, but I know they were in the regular issue because I pulled a Tebucky Jones (of course) back in 98.
