Also, if you've never been to the DR, let me just say, it's amazing more people don't die in traffic incidents there. It is barely regulated madness.

more like 37 people on a motorcycle or in the back of a truck, super narrow, two lane roads, that are packed in the cities and winding/hilly/raining everywhere else, no speed limits...all bets are off
