First off very awesome!!!!
For the people who are curious to the price paid, I'm sure "his" price is one we wouldn't be able to get. I bet that his determination and hardwork trying time and time again to meet him, his countless hours spent making these card and acquiring all the material needed. All play a major role in even be able to meet Jose and get that stuff signed like that let alone at a price anybody else will be willing to pay.

Ive bumped into a few ballplayers here and there but never bozo the clown lol

Awesome story...congrats on not just getting to meet him, but getting to actually spend a good amount of time with him. It's super cool that he showed you the video and spent some actual quality time with you. Glad to see that things worked out and that he was pretty cool.

I interviewed Carrol Spinney (Big Bird and Oscar the Grouch) a few weeks ago. One of his early gigs before meeting Jim Henson was on the Bozo the Clown Show.
