OK, so I am at work and nobody here watches or cares about NASCAR, so they are no help on this...
But, I have had some time to think it out a bit, and I'll say one (1).
Also going to guess that his Formula One history makes it probable it was a road course...so Sonoma or Watkins Glen.
Or maybe Indy? That might make sense, too.
Going to say early on, too, before anybody could figure out how to distract him enough to get him to plow into a Jet Dryer...LOL Not sure when he started, though. maybe around ten years ago? 2005, 2006, 2007?
So, 2006 or 2007 in Sonoma or Watkins Glen.

Your number is off but one of the years is correct and matches one of the tracks.
This is not a trick question, but there is a tricky aspect to it.
HINT: All of his wins came before the Jet-dryer incident.

Re-read the question after your hint, and it says NASCAR wins, so i'll say 1 Sprint Cup win, but if he won a Nationwide race or two, I have no idea...I'm sticking to my guns that he would have been way more likely to have won a road race over am oval, but I'm not really sure on the Nationwide tracks...
When was his first full season? 2006 or 2007?
Ok, so let's guess he won at Watkins Glen, in 2006 or 2007. And won a Nationwide race around that same time, and it was a road race. I'll need more hints to go any further...

2007 was his first year in NASCAR and he won two races that year. Those are not all of his wins though. All of his wins were on road courses!
