For what it's worth, arod0770710, whom I had previously reported as not having completed his part of the trade finally sent my cards after 3 or 4 months. Just wanted to try to help (somewhat) clear his name. Thanks!

Maybe not a thief but 3 or 4 months still make him a bad trader.
