Does anyone know why? All the others in the set have pricing.

It all depends on market activity. If there is no activity on the market for these cards, then there will be a monstrous delay in getting guide pricing on them. That's the standard answer, anyways. Check with completed auctions for the true value, but I can guarantee that these are not too popular a card.
