ok i got replacement for my bernard pierce patch bv 60 here what i got

what is the BV on the card they sent you? They did the same thing to me but at least it was an autograph piece they sent to replace it.
Send it back to them and tell them how disappointed you are and that is not even close to being a replacement, and ask if they are ever going to get the card from the redemption.

the bv of the card they sent me is 2.00 bucks no where near 60

Just call them and let them know that they missed up and sent you the Lamar miller 1984 card not the Lamar Miller 1984 Auto/100 card BV $60..which is the card that they intended on sending..
