Here is another terrible fake patch auto. The patches numbered to 10 are not autographed and the ones that are autos numbered to 10 are jersey pieces, not patches.

So I sent him a message, here is his reply:

Dear zerodave,

False this was pack pulled and is 100% authentic. If you have a problem with it, don't buy it. The person that does buy it, will receive a 100% untampered card.

It wasn't me I swear. I got it in a trade from a guy that said it was pack pulled. SWEAR TO GOD. I WOULD NEVER RUIN A CAM NEWTON AUTO JERSEY.

Yes I reported him. And I explained to him why it wasn't real. He then proceeded saying he bought it from a friend and thought it was real. And he thanked me for helping him.

So, when looking at stuff on eBay, what is the rule of thumb for deciding if something is legit or not?

For instance, I had thought about getting a 2009 Bowman Sterling Aaron Rodgers black /50 that was on there recently, but the /5 and the /199 that I have both have just pieces of green jersey, but this one looked like this:

So, my initial thoughts are that it's not original, since it's got 3 colors and the 3/5 one that I have is plain green.. Could we start a thread for people to post pictures to get opinions on whether something is legit or not? Couldn't hurt, right?
