Some Kudos for Panini - just_ed - 03-19-2013
I don't usually have time to post here, but I had to mention this. I'm only about a year back into collecting, so Panini is still new to me. I bought a box of Elite on Blowout last month and opened it with my son. We ended up with the 2 autos (nothing spectacular, Danny Coale and Keshawn Martin) and 1 Brian Quick jersey (New Breed). So, I did the request on Panini's website for the missing hit. I have to say the customer service was spectacular. Quick resolution, it took 2 weeks total from me sending out the documentation they needed to receiving the card. On top of that, the card they sent is one of the best patches i've seen on the New Breed inserts. Just had to give some love to Panini this morning for being on top of things. Also, they even included a free pack of Elite! Great job Panini!

During the communications they were great, kept me posted on progress and everything, I think it may just be the way they operate, I've heard bad things about topps, but nothing bad from panini non redemption related.

Very nice job. It is refreshing to hear when a company actually cares about its customers and takes care of them. That is how they get loyalty for life.
