Retro 3 box breaks tonight - Crown Royale / Vanguard - rvelligan - 12-13-2012

Started off with 2001-02 Crown Royale. Stated RC Odds 1 per box. Killed it with 3 and they are numbered /267. Picture below.

It is a glue, likely from a patch being removed. Which is confusing since it's a patch card!!!
