You have nothing marked for sale in your org. You need to mark the quantity in the "SELL" column and your asking price in the "SELL PRICE" column. These are required if you want to offer cards for sale.
Additionally, your scans do not show up as attachments. You need to open a photo hosting account on photobucket or a similar site and post the IMG code into your posts to post scans.
