white whale just posted on eBay! Mitch Richmond GREEN PMG! - buckunteer - 09-17-2012
Ok guys, I need some help here.
I'm like 99% sure this will go WAY above my price range anyway, but a 97-98 Mitch Richmond Precious Metal Gems just came up on eBay.
It's 7/100, which means it's actually green. If I remember right, the first 10 were green and the remaining 90 were red (somebody correct this if it's wrong please!), so in essence it's 7/10.
Anybody have an educated guess as to where this will go pricewise? I will be shocked if it goes less than $150, personally.
What does everyone think?

you are correct my friend the first 10 were green and 11-100 were red.I would be shocked if this does not go over $500

lol ok that's more realistically what I figured, but I was trying to keep my hopes up haha. I've seen common reds go for $40-$70, Richmond, I figure, would go for about $125 in red. Seller is in Asia though, that keeps some bidders away. But yeah, $400-$500 wouldn't shock me at all.

Good luck man i hope you land it! There is a wealthy collector in NY thta goes by natsturner on ebay who is working on all of the PMG sets (not sure if he has Mitch yet?) hopefully he does haha.I also think with the retro release all the originals will raise in value aswell!

It's already over $100 with 6 days left. I don't stand a chance. I've already bid pretty much a month's collecting budget on it and I'm barely hanging on lol

I feel your pain my friend,there is still some really nice 90's Penny cards i need but just simply cannot afford so i have to pray a good deal comes along..with certain iconic cards such as the PMG's no good deals ever come along lol
