I'm sure this has been answered many times on here, but seeing as I am new to the basketbally hobby, I was wondering when the RCs of this last years rookies are going to be coming out. Sorry for the newbishness!

None this year, soonest you will see any rookies from the 2011 NBA Draft is in August when the 2012-13 Hoops product debuts. According to reports it will have both rookie crops in the product. Something that hasnt happened since the 1990-91 basketball products.

You can also grab the 2011 draft autograph redemption cards that are in the 2011 Panini Past & Present set...they will announce the players for each redemption card later in the year, but they're supposed to be for the players in the 2011 draft...so technically, there will be rookie cards.
