Redemption Question - Ducks_Fan - 07-14-2011
I have never redeemed cards so I have a couple of questions in regards to receiving cards from Upper Deck.
When they sent them are the cards in sleeves and top loaders or are they just loose?
If they are sent out and you never get the card; who is responsible?

They always have sent them to me in a top loader and in a padded envelope. If the card being sent is more valuable than most they usually send it Fed ex so they can track them. Never had one not show up so I do not know what happens then.

contact them to see what happens if it doesn't show up
but if it is a high $$ card (The CUP) they fed ex it or ups it
