over 100 venters cards in the mail today O.O
picked up 2 lots of his 2010 draft RC and chrome draft RCs for cheap and combined shipping (21 cents a piece shipped on the 31 chrome cards, 9 cents a piece shipped on the 80x draft)

I just bought the 1996 Bronze auto so I might be at 95% on my Derek Jeter rookie collection as well. I am hoping to raise enough money to get the 1996 Leaf Gold Auto as well so I can have 1 of every 1992 to 1996 Derek Jeter Auto.

good luck dude, as I said in the other thread. I don't envy having to work on that part of a collection anytime soon haha
there are up and down sides to relief pitchers getting no love, the plus is even if he had the most stellar of careers and became the most dominant closer in the history of the game for many many years his prices will never even come close to touching what I'd have to pay if he were someone like jeter. the down side is lack of high quality/high end cards for him. and omission from most sets (which is sorta a plus side since it makes keeping on top of collecting him easier)

what are the odds! how much did the youk jumbo go for?? i picked mine up hesitantly at $75 but looking at what other players are selling for seemed decent after the fact ...now that we have it in hand I'm in love with it! glad we pony'd up and grabbed it! now i want the other 5 ;x
shame we missed out on the black plate a week ago or so by a buck
