To grade or not to grade is my question.....

Is that top right corner rounded a little, could be just the scan. The centering is very good, not a 10 but 9.5ish, overall a clean card. I would definitely consider it, great card.

Checked out the population report and there are 2975 of these graded BGS and the bulk of them graded 8.0 & 8.5 which I think yours would be too.
Does that help at all lol. I never got a card graded before. There are only 2 10s and believe it or not there are 2 graded at 2 lmfao.

I dont think it is a 10 imo and I am sorry just honest advice, but it definitely could be an 8.5 to 9.5. Depending on that corner, it is the centering that usually does them in on those old cards, hardly EVER are they centered right and a bum corner is very common. If those corners are sharp, go for it!

To be absolutely honest with you, I wouldn't spend the money to have it graded. for the following reasons
1. Centering is off, it looks like 60/40 maybe 70/30 but I don't think that much
2. looks to be some blemishes on the surface of the card, especially around the base underneath his right elbow
3. The Bottom right and top right corners look rounded.
4. And the bottom edge look like it has some mild chipping and is a little rough
I would say it will grade a 7.5 to maybe an 8. and if your really lucky an 8.5, but no way a 9 or a 10

If it's only for PC and you just want it in the nice case, go for it, if you are looking to get a 8.5 or better I wouldn't take the risk.

I know what card companies look at for grading but to be able to assess it fairly is beyond me. If I win that grading GC from the contest I may give it a shot
