What is the use of these? I have opened up a Babe Ruth and Nolan Ryan. You cant request delivery, there is no real ring. SO whats the use?

If you get the 60 different rings, you win a real ring (with a diamond chip, I believe).

When you have a certain number of rings you can unlock different prizes (free code, $10 for topps.com, skin for phone, complete diamond anniversary set, diamond ring)

The ring you get after hitting all 60 rings has 60 diamonds in it.
