#11

RE: Panini has been quiet on NASCAR Cards....too quiet
Panini releases dates for its NASCAR products:

July 27 -- Prizm
Aug. 31 -- Torque
Sept. 28 -- Certified
Oct. 26 -- National Treasures

Sounds GREAT to me!!! I can't wait to see Torque b/c I have no idea what that will look like.

I'm assuming this is the Torque design? It certainly isn't Prizm.

It might just be the Father's Day cards. I think Torque is going to be like Clear Vision. From what I've read, at least the inserts will be as they all have Vision in the name.

Ya, looking at some of the other cards, it's the FD set...not a preview/promo.

I'm trying to post more info for you guys but Beckett keeps saying there's an invalid character. I can't find one in the message I was posting. This is only retail info, not hobby.

Panini Prizm (July 27) will launch the NASCAR run for Panini with an autograph or memorabilia card in every blaster box, a Prizm rainbow that includes six shades of parallels and Camo Prizms found only in the blaster boxes. There will be four cards per pack with six packs per box for a suggested retail price of $19.99.

Panini Torque (Aug. 31) will be a blaster-only release with one autograph or memorabilia card in every eight-card box. Among the inclusions here will be Jumbo Memorabilia Signatures, Combo Material Signatures and Silhouette Signatures. Inserts will include Championship Vision, Winning Vision, Superstar Vision and Clear Vision. These also will carry a suggested retail price of $19.99 a box.

Panini Certified (Sept. 28) will be a brand where every card inside every pack will be serial-numbered. There will be one autograph or memorabilia card in each of these three-pack blaster boxes with the same suggested retail price. In the mix here will be Freshman Fabrics (rookie memorabilia autos) as well as memorabilia cards with as many as four swatches.

Finishing the season will be National Treasures (Oct. 26), which is a hobby-only product.

There, I finally got it. I don't know what the problem was. I broke down the info by release and they posted.

The exact same info that Adam posted:

2016 Panini Torque NASCAR Racing Box

Release Date: 8/31/2016
Product Configuration: 8 cards per pack, 1 pack per box, 20 boxes per case

Each box promises one hit in the form of an autograph or relic card.

Issued in a blaster format, the eight-card boxes keep things simple. While there are several cards per box, the standouts are, of course, the various box hits. 2016 Panini Torque NASCAR Racing starts off strong with only hard-signed autograph content. Signed inserts include the Panini-standout Silhouette Signatures insert line, which is familiar to many collectors from other sports, that pairs a signature and relic piece. There are also Combo Material Signatures and Jumbo Memorabilia Signatures. All of these auto relics feature race-used memorabilia swatches.

Transitioning over from a standalone brand for basketball and football, Clear Vision inserts showcase acetate stock and also include Championship Vision, Superstar Vision and Winning Vision cards.
