Blank Registry Info
After adding another card to my registry it successfully added it in.
However it didn't add the grade, sub-grades, or points. I've never had this happen before. Is there a way to fix this so the card info is listed or is this just another BGS registry problem that will never get fixed?

They must be Updating again. For a while, this was a problem with everyone's Registry, both newly added cards and cards that were already entered. With time, it should right itself.
