Broke a 2011 Topps Rising Rookie from K-Mart that was reduced in price

MAINLY COLLECTING KANSAS CITY CHIEFS PLAYERS new updated bucket 12/16 
pretty much every one of those card for any player has the wrong patch on them. its really odd
Definitely a "what the heck it this" kind of card.
Currently collect: NON-SERIAL NUMBERED autos, Topps, and Topps Chrome cards of players in Bengals uniforms.
That what i thought when i got a Kerrigan with the Bucs patch on it lol
