Its a special set produced to commemorate Super Bowl 34... there was 5 or 10 Rams and 5 or 10 Titans... and I think a couple tribute cards for MVP and ROY, its kind of confusing for me to remember which came with what because they made a Super Bowl 33 set I know had a Moss ROY in it... I'll try and find it for you online if its listed.
No dice in the OPG I'm pretty sure the 1998 set was a 25 card box set... I think the 1999 set was smaller for some reason... Like 15 cards... They should have made an Eddie, surprised you don't have one. I'll check my LCS if you don't, as I was sorting a couple broken sets in their inserts boxes. But the 1998 and 1999 sets have the same designs.

Here's the 1999 set
http://www.ebay.com/itm/EDGE-NFL-SUPER-B...634wt_1396 They weren't given away at the Super Bowl. I think the were sold on QVC. Yeah, the 1998 set was limited to 13,000 and was sold through QVC according to an eBay auction for it.
