No they come with the boxes you buy like at one of the shops here if you buy a box of say 2011 rookies and stars he will give you 8 of the packs to pull these. elite i believe is 4 packs prestige is 8 timless treasures is 8. At least this is at one of the ones around here

wow I would love to see the odds on getting a hit from this stuff....I bet this packs bring some money on the secondary market.

Hope its not another over hyped waste of cardboard product like a lot of panini stuff has been this year.

my LCS has tons of crap piled everywhere.. I wish there was some way i could sneak a pic off one day in that store from my phone.. it literally looks like a scrap yard of card packs all the way from current to atleast the mid/early 90's. he really dont sell much
