I recently purchased a class 3 "BLACK" label Peyton Manning rookie card off Ebay. I currently own class 1 and class 2 of Manning's "BLACK" label rookie cards, so I bought the BLACK label class 3 to complete my set of Black Labels within 1998 Topps Gold Label. However, I noticed... that yes, the card I purchased is a class 3 and has a black/silver Topps Gold Label logo, but...

it is NOT numbered as "20 BLACK LABEL" on the back side of the card as class 1 and class 2 are.

Is this a mistake in that all class 3 BLACK labels are not numbered as "# BLACK LABEL" as the class 1 and class 2 cards within the set are???
Or, is this NOT a BLACK label card (even though the Topps Gold Label Logo is indeed black/silver -- and yes, I own the class 3 Gold Label do differentiate and compare the colors of the Topps logo on the front of the card)

Any help is greatly appreciated. Thanks for your time.

haha, no worries... I am looking for a "confirmation." I believe I was either a) sent the wrong card or b) purchased the regular class 3 gold label...

either way, the card should read "black label" on the back side.

If any knows more, please help. Thanks for the efforts.

Obviously, I have contacted the seller. A return isn't a problem, I just want to hang on to the card if for whatever reason the class 3 black labels were not manufactured with the number "20 black label" on the back side of the card. Thanks again!
