Does anyone have any details regarding a 2021 Topps Gallery #137 Printer Proof Rickey Henderson card that is both missing the Gold Border as well as his name on the front of the card?   Thanks

Sounds like a printing error and not a variation.  The variations are photo versions.  Usually printing errors decrease the value significantly..sorry

More top notch QA on behalf of Topps. I dont' see how Fanatics can be any worse!

Mail the card back to Topps and request you'd like the card to be finished properly. I'd be really curious to hear/see their response!
