A new thread for a new collection. My new primary collection is going to be J.J. Watt. Vontaze Burfict will still trickle in on the other thread as prices become reasonable. But Watt is my favorite defensive player right now, both on and off the field. The Watt family was almost local for me, so adding in some Flawless T.J. I always liked JJ as a player but became a huge fan after what he did to help the flood victims in Houston - $37 million raised or something like that?

Other pro athletes gave token (for them) amounts of money, which is fine, but he actually spearheaded a massive effort to truly help people.

The Texans are one of my darkhorse favorites if everyone can stay healthy.

Exactly! That was a huge deal in my mind! He does a lot for his city, stays out of the news, and does things the right way. In today's world of divas and immaturity, hard to find a guy like him!

Thanks! I don't know much about him other than seeing him play. He looks like a solid player for years to come though! He was supposed to be a Packer...lol.
