What is up with bgs 9.5 and psa 10's not having the action photo in the black frame? shouldn't this be a surface flaw? Its almost like its ignored. I have one that is perfectly in frame and feel that any card that is scrutinized so closely for the slightest offset in centering and printing dots should also consider the actual picture fitting the frame... Anyone know why this is?
