Can someone give me any info on a card I got. I just opened a box of 2016 allen ginter and got a Fausto Carmona 10 anniversary card and on the back it says that its a 2008 card its go 10th anniversary in silver writing on the front.

Sounds like a "buyback" where Topps takes old cards and stamps them with a new shiny stamp. Cheaper than making new cards. Re-using old cards.
