Returning to collecting cards after 45 years and decided to make golf cards my niche why not the market is down. I have been re-learning the industry the past few days I have a lot to learn. Is it better to buy a mint card at 10 dollars or a PSA graded mint card for 40 dollars? (same card of course) Is there a general rule of thumb?
