Started indexing my Stocktons! Found this. Seems to be peal on back of card? Can anyone shed some light on what this is?

The parallels left you in full mystique. The front and back were like that so whoever pulled that just didn't peel the back off.

Exactly, that was the mystique behind Fleer Mystique. Kind of like the Mystery Refractors from Topps. I have some like that that I have kept that way because it's just a nice touch.
