Nice.

I'm about to buy the following on Monday:

1983-84 Star - #25 - James Worthy
1983-84 Star - #14 - Kareem Abdul-Jabbar
1985-86 Star - #1 - All-Rookie Team - Akeem Olajuwon
1985-86 Star - #18 - Akeem Olajuwon
1985-86 Star - #28 - Magic Johnson

All are in great condition. Can't get enough Star as long as they are legit.

I'm also getting my 1984-85 John Stockton RC back on Monday from Beckett.
Very nice! Sweet pickup!
Awesome Nique. His true rookie card.
Spare me the "method of distribution" argument of the Star and that it is an XRC while the Fleer is the RC.

And while the RC/XRC debate is an opinion. These are the facts that no one can deny

1) The 1983 Star was a licensed card issued in 1983 (his true rookie season).

The 1986 Fleer was issued in 1986 (Wilkin's 4th season).

2) The total POP report of the Big 3 (PSA, SGC, BGS) of the two cards

1986 Fleer 2,438 + 193 + 952 = 3,583

1983 Star = 132

The Bottom Line:

3,583 vs. 132

There is no argument to be had. Your point is 100% correct. The only problem is that most people out there don't even know about Star so it's more about education than anything.
Thanks. The guy also had a Ewing BGS 7.5 grade. I went with this one better grade.Dominique was a great player.
