If a card was graded in March of 2015 how long should it be before it can be entered in the Registry as a valid serial #?

I will work on doing that now then. I have several others I will get pics of that have the invalid serial # problem.

AND it could be that the card(s) might not be in the OPG. Jeff the MOD, wrote a post about how cards can be Slabbed & Graded, but then not be in the OPG.
