Looking at a 1996 finest gold refractor kobe bryant card #269 in a psa 8. The seller said the lowest he'll take is $400. Good deal or no?

Looking at the psa website, the smr price guide says that a psa 8 gold atomic refractor is worth about $525. On the surface this looks like a good deal, which leads me to think why this seller would just knock $125 off the smr price. And with that being said, I'm not sure how accurate the smr is. You may want to check ebay completed to see if any have been sold recently. Hope this helps, good luck!
