I sent an order in, it was received on 8/28 but I haven't seen an email or anything updated online. Do they send something out or not until they are graded?
It depends. Some say they do get a message that it has been receive. Others not, I have never gotten a received message when I was direct submitting.
They do not post anything on the site about the status of your order until a few days prior to the date they have to get them graded and back to you. They used to post it right away when they received your order. I hope this helps.
