Does BGS have a photo database of every card they grade that you can search for a specific card by the serial number ?
I know there is the population report but its just stats of how many and what grade
No, they do not scan the cards. If the owner of the card wants there is an option to post pictures in their registry.

Yeah, but the system/org/registry deletes them after you spend so much time scanning, cropping, & uploading them....This happend to ALL 85 of my high end #'d cards I uploaded.....
