Its obvious he's shilling all of his auctions. How can we get rid of him? Whats the procedure? Is there one?

Well, you can spend the time reporting him the old fashioned ebay method, which is done through the report a problem method, but I like to call ebay and report them to a live person, where I can explain the issue and point out which person and which items they are bidding up. Have done it many times because I hate shill bidders
