Okay this is strange to me and maybe it's because I'm slow, who knows? But I was looking on the back of some retail packs of 2014 GQ and the odds of getting a black mini parallel is 1:12 and the odds of getting a red mini parallel are 1:9. This is the strange part the reds are numbered to 99 and the blacks are numbered to 199. Can somebody help this old man out? Thanks

possible explanation: reds are only available in hobby/retail/whatever packs?

I believe Blacks are available in all pack types and the reds are only available in retail.
