Ebay is where I pick most of my stuff up. I'm sure there are other places though.

You should also check COMC.com, SportsBuy.com, and SportLots.com. COMC is one of my favorites as you can just build up your purchases over several months and then have everything shipped for one flat $3 fee. Plus if you wait until you have 100 cards in your inventory before shipping, then they give you $5 back for every 100 cards you have shipped, essentially paying YOU $2 to ship the cards.
