Beckett Message Boards

Got these as an extra Christmas gift. Never knew they were coming until yesterday. Not much into baseball cards lately and had switched to football cards. Was back and forth on whether to just sell the boxes or open. Well the addict in me opened them. Got a few more of the power players cards but no clue what they are. Also got a Topps Black Mariano Rivera 01/63 but sold it quickly.

not too shabby, got some nice coalition there and some good extras

I really wish topps would add a guarantee'd auto per box instead of relic or auto (i ALWAYS end up with relic)

I've started being more interested in football as well, I think there is more variety there since panini has an nfl license and they make great product

I like those "Before They Were Great" inserts. I don't have any on hand to compare, but does it seem like the same photos from "The Greats" inserts in 2013?

they look almost identical i actually thought they were last years inserts at first

Not only do they look the same but they are around the same thickness. It was the first thing I thought of when I pulled them

Love the Before They Were Great Cards! Nice to get "upper level" cards in the base product.

I got Jason Kipnis for my auto. Yippee. It was in the first scan and I sold it for a whopping $8. I didn't get any Spring Training redemption cards
