I recently went to my LCS & picked up a 2010-11 UD Printing Plate (Magenta) of John Tavares. I just noticed that it's from the Canadian Series 1, (the back says "Un De Un" and the rest is printed in French).

Is there any difference, (besides the language of course), between the Canadian & American printing plates? Are the odds the same of pulling one? Is one version easier/harder to pull? Is one valued higher than the other? Since they're both 1 of 1 cards, the scarcity is obviously the same. However, I could see the Canadian version being less popular/valuable in the US and vice versa. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.
The 2010-11 Upper Deck french version was the only series that had the printing plates that year the regular english version did not. I doubt it would be worth less or more than any other years that had english on it instead of french though.
