What do I need to look for to tell the difference between a real and a fake?

If it is AN OPC Rookie I would say fake as it is to well centered.

Did they reprint this card in the 90's? I know they did with Messier.

Dust speck on shoulder and roller mark down right side....

Those edges look too crisp. What does the back look like?

Google it - there's a couple of really good tutorials out there that I used to verify mine.. although I ultimately just sent it to BGS - that's the only real way, IMO; get it graded

I think it's a reprint
