Turned out MUCH better! I had a repeat customer deal from C.S. from the NY regional office. I used the online submission from so I think it made the whole process easier. Anyway.. here are the facts.. and I hope these standards hold up!

* I shipped using USPS Express on 7/15/13 and dlvd to BGS on 7/16/13.
* E-mail from BGS received on 7/18/13.
* Paid with a check and was processed on 7/23/13.
* E-mail from BGS received with results and tracking info on 7/30/13.
* Shipped back to me ON TIME (5:40PM FedEx Ground) on 7/30/13.
